okthree
Hi, Can anyone give me a reveiw of True Details A-10 cockpit in 1/48? Is it a re-pop of Black Box's A-10 cocpkit. Also does anyone know if it will fit the Italeri kit. Thanks. Mark
jwest21
It is a re-pop of the Black Box and is very nice. With some light sanding and trimming it fits the Italeri kit. It will also fit the Hobby Boss one, but requires a little more work because the HB kit has a narrow fuselage in width. You just need to remove the vents on the side walls if you are doing amore modern A-
okthree
Thanks for the reply. The TD set is considerablly cheap than what the old BB sets are selling for on Ebay. Another bonus.

Any other very noticeable ones? Does the shull24 update set take care of them all?
jwest21
there is also the new gun camera box on the back right of the consol, too, for A-10s after 1997. The Shull set only has the DTC canister that replaces the thermos. The rest pf the parts are exterior items Edited August 10, 2007 by jwest21
