nice progress...

may I ask, why don't you mask the whole plane and spray the dark brown only once instead of repeating the process for each piece of brown fuselage?

I was originally planning on doing that but here are the reasons why i didnt:

-The masking material im using (some generic adhesive putty from office depot) actually has very little tac (barely sticks to the surface of the model) so it falls off easily. I will probably get really frustrated if i tried to mask the whole plane with pieces continually falling off.

-I'm using polyscale paint which clogs up my airbrush after about 1 minute of use, so i have to clean off the needle and nozzle of the airbrush every couple of minutes anyway, so it's not like i could spray the whole plane down in one go. This way i just mask one section and paint it, clean my brush and redo the process several times until its done. It's not really as time consuming as it sounds :banana:
