Battlestar Galactica: The Original Series - Cylon Raider - Monogram 1978 Battlestar Galactica: The Original Series - Colonial Viper - Monogram 1978 Star Wars Ep3: RotS - ARC-170 - Revell of Germany 1/72 UFO Mystery Ship/ Leif Ericson Galactic Cruiser - AMT 1970's The two Battlestar Galactica kits are ones I've had for about thirty years now. They're original issue - right down to still have the kit supplied rubber bands to fire the "missiles" that are included in those kits. The later release of these two kits did NOT have that missile feature due to the perceived risk of even those blunt tipped bits of plastic (it'll put your eye out!) The ARC-170 might be more frequently seen over in Europe but due to the licensing arrangement with Lucasfilms, these fine kits are simply not available here in the US. If you really want to super-detail this bird then head over to the Store and get your order in for a ARC-170 detail set! Finally, I'm parting with an original AMT "UFO Mystery Ship" this is the version of the Leif Ericson "Galactic Cruiser" which AMT first put out to cash in on the Star Trek craze of the late 60's. These kits are exceptionally rare and this one is in pretty good condition, all told, and is just begging for a rebuild with a modern modeler's tools and skills. The original assembler did a very credible job on it with only lightly glued seams and such. I consider this particular kit to be the crown jewel of this bunch.
