Seeing that you use Photobucket, you can post the IMG tags which will display the pics right away. You can also post more than 1 link per reply (max is 10? :cheers: ). It must have taken you 5 minutes just to post the links.

yeah the max is 10, which I found rather annoying for when I did the "completed entries" thread.

Pardon my ignorance, but what are the white dots all over the airframe?

Hello ,

in my opinion , these are Markings for the different plates and so on .

Later these white Dots were changed to Numbers , like 134L , for example . Like that ones You can see on old Phantoms or Eagles .

It helps the Ground Crews .

They were Canada Customs seals to prevent anything from being smuggled into Germany when the Hornets were first flown to Germany in 1985. It was the only time I know of it being done.

Customs inspected the seals on arrival in Germany to ensure nothing else came with the jets.
