Sabre
Gathering up the last bits I need for the big Phantom build....who makes some nice grey/dark grey stencils for this beast? Thanks in advance... "First With Guns", Jim Edited September 7, 2007 by Sabre
smithery
There are a few options. Aeromaster made a sheet (AMDT3201), but I'm not sure if it's still available. CAM made a sheet for USN/USMC birds (32-133), but I don't know if it's still available. I used it on my J-bird a while ago. Icarus makes a sheet for R/F-4E (32-001) in black, and in white (32-002) Isra makes a sheet for camo Phantoms (IAF-39) Hope this helps buddy.

RookieLSP
The HobbyDecal dry transfer stencils are the most amazing and complete set of stencils I've seen for the big Phantom. Includes every panel number as well as all the rest! I've got a set of them for a F-4J I'm currently stalled on and it's almost intimidating how many there are. Willing to pony up the $20 if it does...HELP!"First With Guns", Jim Jim, It does, but kinda minimal. I have the USAFE sheet myself. I would recommend the Hobby decal F-4C/D seheet in 32. Yes, I know its not the correct model, but the Koreans used the Hill scheme on their F-4D's, its close enough. The Hobbydecal stuff is AMAZING!!!! I bough the F-4J stuff, and Mr. Kim does awesome work. Gordon carries HD at Sprue Bros. Best source domestically speaking. Hope this helps, Jarrod
Sabre
Hey Jarrod, Thanks for the info! Figuring on not loading it down with stencils anyway...just enough to have the "right" look about it. Hope things are good out tthere...:D "First With Guns", Jim
godhika
Another option would be the Eduard spray templates. With this option one could probably go for the most realistic finish, as the original stencils were also sprayed on.
