John, I think they intentionally moved the terrain flight areas away from I-10 to avoid this exact scenario. I will say that at Rucker, we never tracked vehicles with our gun (BIG no no, you never WAS your weapons unless intending to use them), but tracking one with the TADS was fair game and we did it a LOT!
