bcradio Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 One was a rejected takeoff at an airbase in England. Pilot ejected before the aircraft departed the runway. The other one was in Yellowknife, where the aircraft lost directional control on landing. Pilot ejected with serious injuries. (report on this one can be found here: http://www.airforce.dnd.ca/DFS/docs/Fti/CF188761_e.asp) The airframe was rebuilt by using parts from a Swiss F-18. Whoa what happened there?
