Grey Ghost 531
A Piaggio P.180 flew over me while I was in the parking lot of a grocery store in the landing pattern of Burlington International Airport. I heard it from quite a way away, that's a distinctive and odd sounding aircraft. A very harsh prop sound. I thought, "what's that? I hope nothing's wrong!" Then I saw what it was. Neat looking airplane.

David Walker
Saw this plane parked on the south ramp at IAD today when I flew in. (this isn't my photo as I didn't have a camera with me) It's not often you see a B747SP anymore. Anyone know what the Sands Corp. is? http://www.airliners.net/photo/Boeing-747SP-21/1393196/L/ Found a better photo. And it appears it's owned by the Sands casino people in Las Vegas: http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=6177887 Edited October 11, 2008 by David Walker

HOLMES
I saw EMIRATES 747 flying over the City today... It was SO low you could almost see the passengers as today was extremely sunny today.. IT WAS GORGEOUS.
AX 365
I wish I had a picture of it but as we were taxiing away from the terminal at Pearson, I saw an Air Canada jet (I think it was a 767) with a really neat paint scheme. The jet was NMF and painted and marked as an old Trans Canada Air Lines painted very much to look like the DC-3 in this photo... http://www.aircanada.com/shared/images/com...tures/h_dc3.jpe It was really impressive and very nostalgic...
