Glad to be of some help. Sorry the quality of the picture isn't the best but what can you expect from the old instamatic. I don't know what happened to that Phantom probably undergoing some form of repair, made for a great shot though. I did build the F-4EJ, posted some much better pictures here http://s362974870.onlinehome.us/forums/air/index.php?showtopic=251900

Nah, good stuff even though instamatic. Thanks for taking the time to scan. One of those mysteries of the hobby has the 1/48 Hobbyboss A-10 of modern layout with the early two pane HUD frame. Your shot helps me to scratch a 1/32 frame for a backdate conversion as I plan the faded wash mottle scheme on a big hog. Sometimes it is just as hard to do a correct backdate as an update. With the EJ, real sharp and clean that Rhino machine! Looking to do my 1/32 EJ as the one with the Pastel blue/purple upper color.

As you all know by now, the 188th FW in Fort Smith is getting rid of their Hogs. They are our sister unit. Last Monday our unit flew with 4 of them for their last photo op. Here are a few of the pics that were taken from our C-130. These images were taken by one of our loadmasters, Bobby D. He is a member here. As always, he did great work. Enjoy.

Enjoy.

I did, and thank you for the great pix. Imagine flying along in what ever the bad guys choose, thinking I got this made; then looking in your rear view and see that nasty hog grinning at ya just before the gun opens up and all you see is smoke from the business end. That could change your future outlook, and that of whatever you're flying in a greased lightning hurry. I imagine the frogfoot could have the same affect. Both guns pack quite a wallop.

Seen here taxiing out for a morning sortie is A-10A 80-0184, from the 111th FW / 103 FS, my former unit. Photographed back on September 7, 2006 at the former NAS JRB Willow Grove, PA. Copyright "FLIGHTLINE PHOTO".
