andyman_1970
This exotic little number showed up at Little Rock National today for a gas-n-go. Call sign was "dragon 11".
kitnut617
I think that is one of the Northern Lights Hunters Here some others: http://www.abpic.co.uk/photo/1018120/
Nev
Looks very much like the camo that the Omani Hunters wore late in their career (Aeromaster did the decals for the scheme)
ChernayaAkula
Always good to see Hunters! These low-viz colours look pretty good on the Hunter.
andyman_1970
The pilot indicated it was an ATAC aircraft, and has a US registration of N325AX. The left side of the tail (not visible in my photo's) says "ATAC".

jinxx1
I always thought the Hunter was a sharp looking airplane. Kind of the UK's Centurt Series. I was surprised to find a Hunter at Pima on my last visit in October. Since then it has been re-assembled and is in the process of repainting. This shot were taken on that visit in October. MikeC
I always thought the Hunter was a sharp looking airplane. Kind of the UK's Centurt Series. ... I always thought the Century Series was the US's Hunter myself ... :D Hey Julien, nice pics: just curious as to what the legend on the port nose of XL563 says? Can't quite read it. Big Nick
I'm sure it says - RAF Institute of Aviation Medicine These were based at Boscombe Down and IIRC were used these to carry out tests on how pilots react to different flying conditions and drugs, like air sickness or curing fear of heights.... I think XL563 still survives somewhere after some time as gate guardian at Farnborough. Thunder and Lightnings says she is at Kempston near Bedford as of 1999....
