sutan
Hi to everyone, can anyone kind enough to post or email me (suntez@hotmail.com) a scan of acetate instruments in 1/48 scale? I live in the Philippines and after market parts are very hard to find and if ever they are available they cost 4 time there U.S Dollar counterpart.
indydog
Thats Mo's way of asking "What aircraft?".... ;)
sutan
any kind of aircraft. If possible a world war 2 and a modern one. Thanks again
MoFo
Thats Mo's way of asking "What aircraft?".... :( Actually no, that's Mo's way of asking "***?" ;) If you're after instrument dials though, both Waldron and ReHeat do them (in metal and decal form, respectively). If they're unavailable or prohibitively expensive locally, there's many, many places on-line that retail them.
JohnG
Plus it just wouldn't exactly be legal to scan them and send them to you like that. At least I don't think it would.... ?
Grey Ghost 531
Not only a copyright violation but I don't expect a 1/48 instrument dial would scan all that well. I doubt a scanner has anything like that fine a resolution. Buy 'em from Waldron on-line.
Kwek
Here's a tip: Get a copy of an aircraft simulation software called Combat Aircraft by Mircrosoft. Do a screen capture of the instrument panels of the various aircraft. Digitally cut out the dials and you have your instrument dials. HTH
