First some statistics.

There were 28 completed entries for the group build which is a good effort considering the majority of the kits were in 1:48. Well done to all those who finished before the start of November and to those who could not quite make the date, please finish your builds and show them off :)

Raffle prizes for this GB were generously donated by Damo and Trojan Thunder and it will be either of those who will mail the appropriate kit out to the winners.

Airfix 1:48 Hurricane Julien(UK)

Airfix 1:72 Boomerang TimMansfield

Airfix 1:72 Boomerang WymanV

Please contact Damo.

Academy 1:72 P-51C with Jeep RampageSS

Revell 1:72 NH90 DarrylH

Minicraft 1:48 T-38 Revellmania

Please contact Trojan Thunder

If for any reason you do not want the kit offered, please donate it back to the pool as soon as possible, leave a message here and I will redraw the prize.

Thanks everyone for a great GB. I do hope you all enjoyed the time spent.

Many thanks for another great Groupbuild.

Thanks to the mods for their work, and the donors for the raffle prizes.

Airfix Boomerang is one that I've never built - so I'm looking forward to that one.

Cheers, Tim

:D Tim, I am shocked an Aifix kit you have not built!

Tim

It is a basic but good kit to build, though showing it's age a bit. Turns out nice though.

Julien, just PM Damo and let him know.

Savour the moment Julien - this one is quite rare!

Funny story time. A colleague of mine is trying to compile a list of all kits released.

I've kept all the instructions for mine, since O'levels - about 30 years ago.

They used to be in one folder - but now have a folder for Hasegawa, another for Academy, another for Matchbox, another for almost everything else.

I lent my friend a BULGING folder of Airfix instructions. On return he exclaimed "You've built the ****ing lot!"

You had to be there. ;)

See you on Saturday at Telford, Tim
