Matt_S
Any chance of having theses in 1/48 scale? :D Matt
Jay Barfoot
Hi Mark, Since you seem to cover several subects/eras on a single sheet, here are my suggestions. All in 1/72 of course. Korean War - C-119s Pros - Italeri just re-released it last year. Neglected subject. Extremely colorful and lots of lovely nose art on those slab sided beasts. I personally like the Kelly Green scalloped noses of the 61st Troop Carrier Squadron. Cons - Not a fast/pointy-nosed aircraft. May not appeal to the fast jet crowd. Cold War - F-86L Pros - New subject. Special Hobby has just released a kit of it. Numerous ANG units flew it so there are plenty of potential markings for it. I'm currently researching GA ANG markings for it so I might be able to help you out there. Cons - Not a gray jet so may not appeal to the modern era crowd. Modern Day - A-10A Pros - Recommend the AFRC unit, the 442nd, out of Whiteman AFB, MO. OIF/OEF vets. Never been done in 1/72. Was 1/48 subject in IPMS Nats decal sheet last year. Otherwise, virgin territory. Cons - It's another A-10 Jay
