jmel
You can make an intake cover from tissue paper and white glue. REALLY simple and quick, and more effective than the resin parts. There is a step-by-step here on ARC somewhere. Jake
adamitri
i use these foam door handle signs ( like the hotel do not disturb signs ) that you can buy at hobby lobby . they come in different colors and are found with the other foam stuff in the arts and crafts isle. they usually cost around 50 cents and you can make a lot of fod covers. dreammh
I use aluminium foil for the covers. For hard type, you can try styrene. Frankly speaking, the Tamiya intake is so nice you should just try to play with it.
