Bulldog 09
Here are a couple from back in May. This airframe was not even a week old yet, the crew had just picked it up in Long Beach a few days before we handled her. I will try and post the 100 and some odd walk around photos I took of it in the next day or so. Dave Fassett Edited October 17, 2010 by Bulldog

otis252
Great pics. Got a question though, what is that fairing with the large round "pie pan" disc in the center? It's also on the starboard side. Thanks. Chuck

F106A
First time I saw a SAC C-17 based out of Papa AB, Hungary, and it had to be on a poorly lit ramp, in the middle of the night, at an undisclosed air patch in the sand box! Off it's nose was this RAF C-17! Well, at least I had my camera! These were taken during my last rotation this past summer. Mark
F106A
Saw them both -- MAA, and MAB -- together this past summer! Kinda neat! Mark

Aggressor Supporter
Heavies always seem to be popular at airshows, especially to get out of the sun.
757flyer
Does anyone per chance have a good color photo of the TEAM AFOTEC tailband worn by 89-1190 during the initial eval period? There's a black and white shot in the Warbird Tech volume, but I have never been able to find a color photo. Thanks
chef
Hi Guys, I've seen some really good pics of the C-17 in this thread. But it seems most are taken at airshows and the likes. But how about some in theater shots? Sometimes it would get a tad dusty on base, wonder why... Enjoy. Pete.
