Incaroad Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 According to the Meteor instructions and rhetoric, sounds like the cockpit might have been different at least in the rear. Not having the ARF probe when delivered but later retrofitted, the side consoles might have been different. Sure would like to know one way or the other. BTW the Meteor kit is very nice and has a very nice decal sheet that has the particular VX-5 F4H-1 that I want to build. The ejection seat from what I can tell is the early McDonnell seat. Does anyone have any good shots of one ( saw the drawing on the ejection site, http://www.ejectionsite.com/frame_sg.htm) so I can attempt to make one? Thanks for any and all your help with this!
