Charlie Cheetah
a ) Never leave everything to the last minute when trying t complete a model on a deadline. b ) Tamiya flat base/clear brushed on will no do didly squat. c ) Liquid model cement spilled on your work surface will find its way to some styrene, especially painted and decaled model parts. d ) Liquid model cement also is quite effective at making decal colors run. e ) when you think its getting too late in the evening to be working on a model instead of sleeping, you must do so. Damage was minimal. The affected parts are both of the inter flap parts. I'll have to leave it for tonight. I really am too tired to finish it this evening. It will have to wait til tomorrow. sigh. I was so close to completing too. I was in the middle of the final assembly. And I was so looking forward to digging into my next project tomorrow, a 1/48 Hasegawa RF-4EJ. ps: the last GB I completed in time was the Defense of the Reich GB. I wonder if I should enter my Phantom in the Recce GB. Edited March 1, 2008 by Charlie Cheetah
