Here is what it looked like after decaling:

Here it as after fading the scheme with very diluted light gray:

Up next, time for the panel lines and then making it look grimy too.

Hoi,

Here is where the Avenger is at now:

The flash on the camera does wash out the wash i did. I use thinned down Tamiya Smoke for my washes. It gives it a nice look in person as it accentuates the panels lines without being too dark. But it is harder to photograph.
