Cobrahistorian
Definitely needed in 48th! If there's one out there, I'm all over it.
Steven H. McLain
The only Hughes 300 kit in 1/48 is included with a ship kit of the Calypso, Ceaustous old ship. I think the ship is made by Billings Model Ships. It looked like a nice helo that could be added to to make it better.

I have the Billings Calypso kit and if there was a better helo out there I would have picked it up to replace this one (even though it's in 1/45). Forward fuselage is vacuformed in rather pebbly clear plastic. However if I'm left to work on this one then I guess if I remove the two doors, possibly dip in future and just detail the heck out of it it'll probably turn out pretty good. I appreciate your suggestion.
hawkwrench
I'm with CobraHistorian,I'd love to see a TH-55(300) in 1/48 scale or heck for that matter,1/35th.That would definitely be dressed up as a Fort Rucker trainer!!!!
