2.0_Alpha
Great work, any chance to get a copy of the cannon? Where did you get the rocket pod? I've 2 Mig's in the stash and one nearly finished as early F-7 (Albanian Air Force). Tobias
bad edd
any chance to get a copy of the cannon? Sure, PM me your address. I only copied the front and rear parts. for the center one you'll have to use the kit part and ad a little putty. The rocked pod was from a Condor Mig 21, I'z got milionz
bad edd
Some small details painted and "futured":

alrite
nicely done, how come you "futured" the small parts?
bad edd
I used that mix of ink and future to highlight the details. After looking and looking i decided to use hu-121 for the iraki one (actually the same paint as for Israeli aircraft):
dragan_mig31
the sand coat i sflawless.keep on
bad edd
The "chinese pijama" stripes are done, some retouches are required. I hate this camo scheme, but it's the only one i found for Iraqi AF...I'd better built it as an IRIAF machine...but it's too late now. Decaling this aircraft should be simple, as no stencils can be seen on it. Lots of closeup pictures courtesy of US Army in Iraq:)
dragan_mig31
i must say that the camo looks great cant wait to see more
alrite
In my opinion you have done a brilliantly clean job of a bit of a strange scheme. One things for sure it will stand out on the shelf lol
Jack-Swiss
I really love that camo badedd despite you dont like it and despite those lil smudges (of course fixable!!!!) that's really interesting the pic there...are you going to reproduce the same scene or "just limiting" yourself to the plane? Cheers
bad edd
Just the plane:) I repaired a little the paintjob, highligted the panel lines with ink & future and then i sealed all the upper side with two coats of future:

bad edd
I glued the landing gear . the main legs look a little taller so the plane has a slight nose down allure. not much till it's all done...i don't know how to arm it though...i want to hang some air to ground weapons.. bad edd
I just applies a very thinned and not even coat of sand over the green and brown areas.
