theplasticsurgeon
It's been a great Group Build, with a few more acquaintances made. For me the highlight was successfully obtaining accurate Wild Weasel missiles for my model. http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=143960 I delayed kick-off so that I could build my F-4G alongside an RF-4C (same colours), and complete this Jag. http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=8105 I had other plans for straight after, to contibute 5 Phantom models for the F-4 SIG display at Telford this year - hence you've not heard from me since. However I've been busy building models: http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=143961 Recce Phantom, http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=148785 5000th Phantom, http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=12879 RAF Phantom, http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=151917 F-111A Vietnam, http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=151928 Phantom repaint, http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....howtopic=155034 McD F-18C There's also an Academy PBY-5A Catalina on my bench - and I built this: Academy Dragonfly. See you all after tonight's milestone, but well done to everybody who contributed to this GB.

siesta3
A special thanks for all of you that participated in this endevour. Much like the real world.. there are only a handful of sam suppression aircraft and units in the world so its a unique build. I envisioned this build last year a boy did time fly. I am one of the unfortunate ones that aimed high but fell far short. But I will finish my EA-18G.. The biggest credit and thanks goes to Richard... he stepped up and volunteered as the co moderator and he ran with it. He dealt with the sponsors and organized alot! Again kudos goes to Richard for being there and for all of you that participated or put in some words for us. Cheers.. Magnum! Bert "Siesta"
