A no stars rating is nothing...one way or another (probably because most of ARC doesn't know/care) nobody has bothered to "speer eval" you. Ah but 1 star is a different story. That means that one of your posts (kind of like this one) was stupid/lame enough for somebody to go to the trouble to give negative feedback.
