Very fine work, Pete. You hve done one thing I really like to do, and that is to take a very plain uniformed figure, and turn it into an object of interest. I tend to stay away from the fancier stuff, such as Napoleonics. Checked out your flat art too, and it is also very fine. brgds, Hal Marshman Sr

I've been known to in the past, although I've not painted a figure in a while as I've concentrated on my

Aviation Art.

Man... we have some true talent around here... you figure painters are in a league of your own... I truly admire you guys. Getting flesh to look real is a real challenge and you guys have mastered this fine art... :banana:

That's fantastic stuff there Pete. Relly, really fantastic.

I've done some figures myself in 1/35 as part of dioramas, I'll post them later over the weekend, but they are nothing like yours for sure.

I'm curious as to how did you develope you method of painting. Books, trial and error or just sheer talent.
