I ask because you are apparently building a Charlie model with a bell mouth intake (not unheard of but a very early configuration), a Bravo model with a C model tailboom replacement (in which case the horizontal stabs should be the narrow chord symmetrical B stab and not the wide chord asymmetrical C stabs) or you are building a variant I have never seen.
