ross blackford
:D OK, a few from my collection. The first couple were taken at Maitland on New Year's Eve this year. The first is the Action Aerobatics Team's 3 formation Pitts Special basking in the afternoon sun (about 1700 hrs) awaiting the pilots" last display for the day. Next, the team doing enigne runs and control checks before a formation take off and flight to Newcastle for their display sequnce. Phil Unicomb, founder of Action Aerobatics is in the lead single seater with 2 two seaters flanking him. Phil Unicomb leaning against the wing of one the Pitts at Luskintyre. That's all for now, I've run out of time. I'll post some more tomorrow. , Ross.

Flankerman
Ukranian Falcons Julien Julien, The 'Ukrainian Falcons' operated as a six-ship team flying MiG-29 (9-13s) and MiG-29UBs. The Su-27 in your photo is one of two Ukrainian Flankers that visited Fairford. They were just demo aircraft - not really an aerobatic team. Ken
