There we are: Madman's new love: the gorgeous Felixstowe F.2A, by Roden, 1/72. Here comes the content of the box.

Uh oh.... another seaplane. I hope, if you're going to model it floating, that this one goes more smoothly than the last one. Looking forward to watching!

It's like the start of a road trip you know you're really going to enjoy. I actually got butterflies in my stomach when I saw you were going to be doing something new... Sooo looking forward to watching this one come together.

Pierre: When it comes to the rigging you will need the services of my pet spider...he works real cheap...one fresh fly per day.

The Master has begun.

I am going to now take a hammer to all my previous efforts of biplane flying boats, cut up all the masters and take up knitting, as they will be severly put to shame. :banana:

Dry assembly of the cockpit parts with Uhu tack. The least I can say is that there is some room for improvement...

The cp floor should be like in a boat: wood planks. The control cables are missing.

The broken steering wheel. Crude rudders...there is plenty of hard work ahead :thumbsup:
