Thought I would post some progress shots to prove, I am actually working on it! Two bobs decals, Xtracrylix paints, Cutting Edge cockpit and Seamless suckers intakes. I found some picture that had this effect so I went with it. Simple method, first I painted the area with a slightly darker gray (36231) and it still seemed a little light. To make it better while still masked, I used Tamiya weathering stick "mud" and put a light amount of that color. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I traded them to somebody..and I think it was you. Sean Scheme is cool, I put away a different VFC-12 for the gray ones. I think I picked them up from Two Bobs as soon as they were available IIRC.
