j-basset Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 I'm building the 1/72 Revell Germany AD-5 Skyraider, and will be doing the Glossy Sea Blue painted version. The u/c legs and main wheel hubs are all in GSB, but I have some doubts about the color of the landing gear bays. Should it be white or some other colour like interior green or zinc chromate? Reddog Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 I would recommend GSB for the gear wells, that's what color I'm going to do mine in. My understanding is that by the late 40's early 50's the gear wells on all GSB aircraft were the same color as the outside of the aircraft. Reddog Quote Link to post Share on other sites
