JasonW
Those are some really interesting builds Bryan. I especially like the modernized Mirage F.1 version and the Kiwi MiG-27. Great work.
arkhunter2002
Here's two. L-35 'Propel' Jet - actual backstory- my mom had a college class a year or two ago and it was a marketing class. One of the projects was a powerpoint presentation with a sort of a visual aid for marketing ideas. I thought, hey, that would be a cool model. So I whipped it up pretty fast, and made my own decals that said 'Propel'. MD-530G - New grey camo applied. Take care, Austin Edited December 22, 2008 by arkhunter2002

Desertpilot
Not sure if this is as much an inspiration as motivation to get off my butt and get some modeling done. I give you the AV-64D Peregrine: It's not complete and I know I can't submit it for the Whif GB, but she's GOING to get done... Enjoy. DP

JasonW
DP, that Apachrey (did I spell that right? ) looks killer. As a spin off of that idea, what about a naval version for anti-shipping attack?

ChristopherC
I've only made two Whiffs to date, both tomcat based and 144th scale. My first was this USAF Wild-Weasel Tomcat, the F-14G. My second was this F-14C "Strikecat". Not really sure on the back story, but it's supposed to be a Vietnam war, single seater tomcat. Chris
C-130CrewChief
I also did a USAF Tomcat! 4 years ago This is the same model today. The "Modcat" paint sheme Tomcat didn't make it from Texas to california in one piece.... I had alot of fun re-doing that kit. It felt good making somthing nice for almost free!
