ScottD
Well I thought I had an old set of aftermarket decals for this kit, but I can't find the damn things. I've heard the AMT decals suck, plus mine are yellowing to boot, so I'm looking to see if I can find other means of piecing what I need together for it...any suggestions? Sig Saur & Son
Try Aeromaster Decals. I think the set is 48-11.
Dave Williams
Aeromaster made a couple of sets IIRC, but they are all OOP, I think.
afyeats
This is no help, but check page 66/67 of the current issue of 'Air & Space' (January 2009) for not one, not two but three (!) restored F7F's in formation. If you had to, the photo gives you an idea of what decals you would need to bodge together to creat an accurate model. Good Luck.
Griffin
You can also consider the decals from the Italeri's repop of this kit; four options, with a fairly close quality to Aeromaster's standards. Italeri's F7F-3N Maybe someone around will have some in his spare box.
