1/32 - F-14A Tomcat - VF211 Checkmates

Recommended Posts

I started with the weapons today.

I wanted to put two LGB. I picked two bombs in my old Hasegawa F-16.

They need some improvement:

To simulate the fire retarding coating, i spread cellulosic thinner (very strong thinner, it attacks polystyrene), then it tap with brush.

Bonsoir rom, enjoy school tomorrow. :)

I am looking forward to seeing how the gear legs go together. They look quite complicated so I'll follow your progress carefully to see how it all goes together.

The ablative coating on your bombs looks very good. :bandhead2:

Really fast work, keep it up.

Great work so far, I am looking forward to the continued painting!

What material did you use for those panels on the Lantirn (below)?

It looks thicker than bare metal foil but thinner than lead foil...

Thanks!

Anders
