Midnight Storm
Great pics Eddie! Love the weathering on that last one. :PNice moment to catch the photo too...with the building logo in there too :D When you watch 200 F-16 taxi all day... you start to notice things like that. Thanks. I have lots of photos to add... so look for more soon. Shots with Red Flag signs and crew members.

David Walker
Have to agree. That is one of the most perfect side profile shots I've ever seen. I plan to use it when it comes time to fix the nose on my Kinetic kit.

Ken Middleton
Eddie, forgot to reply sooner - those are excellent shots Ralph, very nice - I like them all, and the first one in the shelter is unique - it looks like a deployed location Oh and that last one - just noticed the vapor inside the intake Edited March 7, 2009 by Ken Middleton
Litvyak
I only have one shot of an F-16... but maybe the weathering is a bit extreme? *runs away*

Ken Middleton
Michel, those are great F-16 shots as well. I see you are using the D50 - what lens are you using? I see a fairly long focal length. Nice work
jmel
I only have one shot of an F-16... but maybe the weathering is a bit extreme?*runs away* Which Viper is this? Is this the Aviano jet shot down in 1999? I wasn't aware of any other pieces of it besides the tail that were on display. Jake

The plane was shot down during Allied Force, yeah... I think the other parts (tail, I think engine too) are at the Aviation Museum at Nikola Tesla airport. F-117 parts are similarly split up - an aileron is at the War Museum, canopy at the Aviation museum. There's other stuff inside, too, at the War Museum - A-10 engine cowling and some other stuff - parts of some fighter pilot's flight suit (I can't remember, I think the inscription said it was French...) and other such things.
