niart17
great work! really like the details in this one. IF i were to suggest any changes, i'd maybe bring the background out a little more by darkening it or something. something that would make the light colored aircraft pop off the page. I know a lot of that depends on my computer screen, so it may have more contrast than i see, but the planes tend to blend in slightly to the background. but that's really minor nit-picking. I look forward to seeing more of your work. HOLMES
Some amazing profiles.I agree with Bill, and say that if the background was a tad darker then the profiles would look as if they were 3 dimensional ..its like red lettering on a blue background that when you read and look at the red lettering, it " jumps" out at you and looks as if it is off the screen as it were.... At the moment light backgorund on light colored profiles makes it look " invisible ".. they fade into the canvas... Just like Bill, just a suggestion... HOLMES. Artwork
For my next print, I'm going to darken a little bit the flag. I see what you mean. For instance when a white nose if on a white star of the flag, then it seems a bit "glowing". Now, on real paper, this doesn't show up as much than on a screen. But meanwhile I already have posted 2 new prints (see my new threads).
