GCA333
Hello All! Just thought I would put out the Airliner rules, for those of you who do not know them. Civilian and Military airliners are allowed. It was decided that if it carries passengers as its primary purpose, then its an airliner. Aircraft such as C-9's and C-32's are allowed, as they carry passengers. All civ airliners are acceptable.

Ed Nirel
Can someone enter a half-finished kit? Is that where you were going Chris?
vc-10
Well, as long as it's not too close to finishing then it's OK. No paint, basically, except for primer, and the small (landing gear etc) parts.
indydog
Well, as long as it's not too close to finishing then it's OK. No paint, basically, except for primer, and the small (landing gear etc) parts. Which covers about everything. The only thing left is painting and decals... maybe the engines. vc-10
Sorry, it also has to be in multiple parts. Fuselage sealed is OK, but wings attatched/gear on etc is a no.
TheFlyingDutchman
Hello, I'm building Airfix' 737-200 at the moment using some Revell parts and TwoSix decals for a Lithuanian Airlines livery. I would like to join this groupbuild but I've got a problem: the kit is already assembled. But it still needs a lot of work before I can paint it. So I let the decision up to you guys: can I still take part? If yes, count me in! If no: no problem at all greets, Jelle Edited January 25, 2009 by TheFlyingDutchman
GCA333
How much of the fuselage is painted Jelle?
TheFlyingDutchman
The fuselage isn't painted yet, I just assembled the rough model. This is the current state: I used a Revell cockpit window and main wheel hub, and I conversed the engines to the accurate shapes which still needs some work. greets, Jelle
GCA333
Its fully assembled by the looks of it, so it won't work, sorry Jelle.
TheFlyingDutchman
No problem! I will start a new airliner after this one (most likely a 737-300). Can I take part with that one? I should be able to finish it before the 1st of July. Greets, Jelle
