Steve N Posted January 29, 2009 Share Posted January 29, 2009 There's talk on the IPMS USA forum of trying to coordinate with the Collings Foundation to get the "Wings of Freedom" tour to make a stop in Columbus the week of the Nats. This is the group that operates a B-17G, B-24J, B-25J, and TP-51C (and possibly a replica Me-262.) I for one would be thrilled to see it happen. The planes made a stop about a mile from our house last summer..but of course it was the same weekend we were a thousand miles away at the Nats in VA Beach. SN Quote Link to post Share on other sites
