53 Marine
Our club, IPMS Dragon Lady, has commisioned a decal sheet for our upcomg regional show in July. I just got copies of the artwork back and wanted to share them. Also a quick question, Would this warrant a Print Run of 500? Currently it is set to run at 350 units. The sheet will have decals for 4 aircraft and will be on a full size sheet. I have been informed that retail per unit (at 350 copies) will be 20.00 USD. Opinions, feedback, advice? http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...ageID=33244886 http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...ageID=33244889 http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...ageID=33244893 http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...ageID=33244900 Edited March 9, 2009 by 53 Marine

Grey Ghost 531
I'd be up for one. Would it be out of the question to include the curved bits of the walkways around the engines? The main long straight portions are easy to do with black trim decals but the curved portions are harder. I'd sure like someone else to do the work for me!
Chuck1945
I sold the Monogram B-36 I had, so no interest here in a 1/72 set, now if it were 1/144 for the Minicraft kit ...
richter111
I will buy one Ric
Jennings
1/144 for the Minicraft kit ... You mean Hobby Craft. Minicraft has never done a B-36 :) J
Chuck1945
You mean Hobby Craft. Minicraft has never done a B-36 J You are correct, I knew it wasn't Academy, and since Minicraft does some 1/144 kits, I just filled their name in. :)
JasonW
I'd take one for $20.

mossieramm
If shipping wasn't to steep to Holland, I would have piece of that action as well. David.
caudleryan
Perfect! I have two kits that are waiting to be built. How do I order once they are out? RYAN.
nightiemission
I'm up for at least one sheet. Terry
Steve N
I'd probably spring for a sheet in 1/72, although three of the four options would require significant modifications to the Monogram kit. SN

Steve N
OK, so maybe the mods aren't so major. I think besides deleting the jets, you need to round off the prop tips, and scribe new bombay doors. Not sure what other changes would be necessary. Personally, I'd like some nice decals with the SAC milky way and white anti-flash scheme. I have the original issue of the Monogram kit, but the decals are utterly useless (just like when they were new!) SN Edited March 11, 2009 by Steve N
ReccePhreak
Are there any RB-36 reconnaissance versions on your sheet? If so, I would be in for a sheet. Larry

archybean
id definitely be in for a sheet with the arctic scheme, since the superscale sheet is so hard to come by anymore
thegoodsgt
Would this warrant a Print Run of 500? Currently it is set to run at 350 units. A run of 500 seems a bit high to me. 350 is a bit more reasonable, particularly if you can sell some of them through a European or Asian distributor.
UKPonchoMan
I'd certainly take at least 1 - possibly 2.
