ikar Posted May 11, 2009 Share Posted May 11, 2009 The metal was called Cadaloy. According to what we were told it could take a hit from an M-60 without any deflection angle and a .50 cal. if there was at least a 45 degree angle at impact. However one of ours took a hit from a rifle just under the driver's viewport and it creased the armor plate so I have been a little skeptical since then even though I have a friend who owns two V-100s and he has used them a couple times with the police to pull someone out of a situation.
