Mike J. Idacavage
Hi! While I am making slow progress (emphasis on the slow ) on my 1/72 Tomcat build, I ran into a question as I was looking ahead planning the next few steps on my GB build. For those who have tackled the 1/72 Hasegawa Tomcat in the past, is it better to add all of the small clear lights & lenses in the main part of the build and mask them off for painting? Another approach that I have taken on other aircraft is to add the clear bits after painting/decaling as one of the final steps. A few of the small clear parts are pretty tiny so I would hate to run the risk of knocking one of them off when there is an easier way. Thanks for your comments! Have fun modeling!
