Norwegian Viper - Updated!!

Recommended Posts

Ok guys, finally this one is done! Started during the Viper 2.0 group build, but didn't

have no time nor motivation to finish until now. It's the Revell kit in 72nd scale. Used

the Zotz decal sheet, together with roundels from Flying Colors. As I'm building an BM

as well, I only had the fin flash for that one, so on this Viper, the fin flash is painted on.

I think it got alright..

Comments?

Very sharp F-16! The finish looks great, as do the markings. Those Revell 1/72 F-16 kits are little jewels aren't they? Again, great looking Viper. ;)

Cheers,

Alby

Thanks Alby! ;)

Yep, I really like Revell's kit, it's for sure better than the Hasegawa one. Haven't built the Academy one yet though..

Great job Niklas!

It's nice to see that the IRIS-T have been useful ^_^

I can't wait to see your two Norwegian Falcons side by side.

Cya,

Clément.

Hey Clément!

Finally I have some pics to show of the Norwegian Viper! :)

A big THANKS for those missiles, they sure came in handy! As you've probably figured out, the other one will be on

the two-seater. That one won't be finished for another few months though, I have some other stuff ahead of it in the

pipeline, waiting for some attention.. :P

Awesome work Niklas!!!! :coolio:

Really looks sharp with those covers on...looks like another prize at Model GBG is coming your way

Cheers mate!

Thanks a lot dude! And you will for sure see it IRL at Model GBG, you be sure..!

Award winner though..? I'm not all that satisfied, actually.. :P

Not a real sucker for covers, but it does add a nice splash of colour on this bird !

Sweet build Najk, already looking forward for that BM to show up.

"Check Six....."

Spooky.

(5 more day's...)

Thanks mate! I'm not all that into covers either actually, but the exhaust and inlet

on the Revell kit just isn't all that good, so I had to do something..! :P

Maybe I'll "spice it up" on the two-seater....

Nice one! :nanner: Gotta love the Norwegian Vipers in their lighter greys.

For the BM, why not go for a TIGERRRRR?

I think you hacked into my mind somehow, Moritz..! That's the decals I'm thinking

about putting on my two-seater! Those are just too cool....

Thanks Paolo! That means a lot, especially since I know how great builder you are! :nanner:

Excellent Viper! I've got two of these RoG kits waiting in the wings.

  • 2 weeks later...

Ok guys, so I've finally added some RBF-tags, and I must say it really made the difference, at least to me..

I ended up with adding 12 tags, on the landing gear, flare dispensers, covers, etc....

Tell me what you think! :)
