Italian TF-104G Starfighter question

Recommended Posts

Hiya!

Is there anyone on here who know where to find pictures of the Cockpit and any prominent features on the Italian twin seat starfighters as I´m soon gonna start a bird from the 4th stormo, 20th gruppo of the AMI.

Especially ones showing the sidewall detail of the cockpit would be appreciated :woot.gif:. My 1/48 th Hasegawa bird is pretty bare there.

Thanks!

Emil

I have the Verlinden Lock On book on the Starfighter, unfortunately, it does not have any detailed side wall pictures of the twin seater. Maybe this picture of the Aires TF-104G cockpit sidewalls helps:

Italian TF-104G were standard airframes build by Lockheed like all the others TF in the world, only peculiarity were the MB seats with a larger headrest.

Please mind to replace Italian roundels, Hasegawa really made them wrong.

Cheers
