I think it would be helpfull to all of us if in the title or the text you add a complete set of names to the city you are looking for. For example instead of just "Dallas" try looking for a shop in "Dallas, Texas (TX) USA." This way when someone uses the search function down in the lower left corner, for "Texas" he'll get all the listings in the state. If the OP only had Dallas in the title and text then he would not see any of those shops in that area.
