raschi
Westland Lysander (newer - single color - edition by Revell, but still under Matchbox brand) + vacuformed conversion set by Airmodel.
Graemeb
Wow , this will be interesting, cant believe that such a thing could fly, will watch this one with interest.
Thommo
Whoa - big call this one - will watch with much interest Could be a contender for the ugliest a/c ever that tandem beast
Azgaron
Sure looks interesting! Love to see more! Cheers, HÃ¥kan
raschi
Fuselage cut to halves and new parts glued on. Vacform parts are very crude, so extensive putying and sanding will follow.
Trojan Thunder
Boy! there is not much left of the original fuselage! Looking forward to seeing how you tackle this one.

Julien (UK)
Looking good, keep up the good work. If anyone is interested in this unusal aircraft it was proposed as a night fighter in the style of the Defiant no doubt. Did not go into service http://www.unrealaircraft.com/hybrid/lysander.php Julien Edited August 26, 2009 by Julien (UK)
raschi
Fuselage closed, sanding not yet finished...
Azgaron
Looks like it's progressing nicely! Cheers, HÃ¥kan
raschi
Tailwings added, sanding almost finished. Fuselage-wing joint reinforced with steel pins. Awaiting fit and shape problems I was smart enough to pack end of fuselage with epoxy filler. It was really foresighted decision as you can see sanding through thin styrene down to cream coloured epoxy.
Graemeb
AAAH some progress, taking shape nicely, looking forward to seeing this strange thingy finished
Philou
Hello, Your construction is progressing well . I see that you like the difficulty with this hybrid French-English, or (Anglo-French I do not know). What about the cockpit? You'll have a lot of work too. Bonehammer73
Wow, smooth like a baby bum, and clearly not an easy project from the start... kudos to you. I especially appreciated how the panel lines on plastic and vacform ended up looking the same. (BTW wasn't this GB meant to be about laid-back, straight-out-of-the-box, no-frills builds? ) Edited September 30, 2009 by Bonehammer73
