Vidar_710
Finally made small progress on th Copernicus. Received the last of the materials needed to finish this project from JT Graphics. Further re-shaping and correcting on the bottom of the primary hull had to be done to allow the JT Graphics part fit properly to my modifcations. Removing the buldge/lip to correct the shape and profile on the lower saucer made the gluing surface diameter too small for the part, so I had to grind down the hull to increase the gluing surface's diameter to allow the base of the dome part to match... Glued, filled, and sanded Planetary Sensor Dome, http://s676.photobucket.com/albums/vv122/T...ySensorDome.jpg View entire project here... http://s676.photobucket.com/albums/vv122/T...ann/Copernicus/ Tracy
