Richard E
Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to paint the Hot Brick/Disco Light Infrared Countermeasures Pods commonly seen on helicopters. My best guess is a gold or bronze base with a purple wash and a touch of graphite to simulate the sheen. Any alternative suggestions would be appreciated. three_bees
Hi! I recall reading that someone used mercurochrome to paint the disco light on helos with good results. Unfortunately I don't know where to get this as this has been a banned substance for a long time. I'm still trying to find an alternative. Cheers, Bing
