Some pics of our visit VFA-125 Sept 2009

on the 17th of Sept we were allowed to visit VFA-125 thanks to the PAO of VFA-125 "Gonky"

1604062 NJ-365 acc to our guide the pilots name was misspelled .......

162886 one of few "A+" Hornets assigned to the Rough Raiders

F/A-18B 162864 is one of many Adversary Hornets of VFA-125 , unfortunally only the 3 tone grey example was on the ramp.

And finally the Hornet , were we came for ....."CASPER" F/A-18B 162885 NJ-401 curiously enough the pilots of VFA-125

don't have a clue , how interesting this White Jet is for us aviation enthousiasts .

The jet is from USNTPS. USNTPS gave up alll of their B hornets

I thought it might be from USNTPS, thanks for that info g0 ... ;)

Sort of reminds me of VX-5's "Vandy 5" ...
