Andy Mullen
Started 30 March 2003 - Completed 18 October 2009 I bought this kit when it was first released in 2003, and before I bought my Airbrush. Progress shots from back then. 27 July 2003 - Due to the modular nature of the bodywork, I forgot to prime the top centre section, and the Tamiya Red I sprayed (cans), differed so much, it stood out like a sore thumb. I then put it back it the box until a few weeks ago.
Andy Mullen
14 October 2009 After waiting for the paint to cure on other builds on the bench, I pulled this box from the stash and removed the botched paintwork and reprimed. After having a great result with the paint job on the Iron Man build, I decided a plain red would not do for my Ferrari, so in the words of Tony Stark "Throw a little Hot Rod Red in there" and voila... Paints used were Alclad2 Pale Gold, with about 4 coats of Alclad2 Hot Metal Red. A set of 6 coats of Klear were then applied. A couple of hours sholud see this finally done. Andy Mullen
18 October 2009 After applying decals and the metallic transfers, I then glued the rear and centre top sections in place. Although it is an excellent kit to build, I had made a few mistakes along the road and it maybe some time before I tackle the second one in my stash.

johnsg
The Enzo isn't my favorite Ferrari "Supercar", those would be the 288 GTO and the F 40, but your paintjob on this one really makes it POP! Great work, Andy!
