(See post #25) Paul did say there were issues with reading his e-mails. I see with some confidence that the items I paid for were removed (edited by Paul) from the "for Sale" list. It really seems like the excuses are running thin. I paid for two items on Nov.4th and have yet to receive them or get a reply to emails regarding this issue. Paul waited almost two months before he said he was going to ship the items and that is quite unacceptable in my opinion. Even now I don't know if they have been shipped. I have also dealt with Paul in the past and was not overly delighted with the shipping time before. Last time was almost 6 weeks and this time I won't be looking at buying from Paul in the future. Let me state unequivocally Paul Cotcher has nothing to do with Victory Productions, Victory Models, etc., and hasn't in about 5 years. (incl transaction ID #) It would appear that payment made to "pcotcher@bellsouth.net" (unfortunately?) defaults to "Victory Models". While you received your purchase in a timely fashion I have yet to receive the items I paid for last Nov. 4th. Paul finally replied to my queries with a disappointing response. The excuses offered for the delay are thin and he still has not shipped the items. He states worse case that they will go out this week.
