The mottling looks dang near identical to what would be seen. Can't wait to see her finished. With regards to the 501 with the drop tank, I'd definitely put it on - mind you, that's a biased opinion, because I'm putting one on mine, but ya, they used them, why not show it? Mark. Not at all happy with the sliding canopy, can see a vacuform replacement for that one in the future. But for now its done, and here she is in all her glory.
