Chris707
A new, better quality pic of this mystery design has surfaced: http://www.flightglobal.com/blogs/the-dewl...mystery-pl.html after some poking around in patent files, uncovered this, which seems to have some similarity: RQ-170 related patent? fasteagle12
This is close, but I don't think it's the same plane: http://regmedia.co.uk/2004/08/24/x45b_x45c.jpg. The X-45 is the closer of the two.

ross blackford
, All this discussion about what it is or isn't. Nah, they're all wrong, the ghosts of the Horten Brothers have returned to haunt us. , Ross.
Kevan Vogler
Looks like Grumman might have some connection to it. The main landing gear legs look to be almost the same general design as the A-6 Intruder and F-14 Tomcat had.
dbsmith88
Looks an awful lot like this: http://www.dassault-aviation.com/en/defens...uction.html?L=1 Regards, B Edited December 3, 2009 by dbsmith88

R Tate
But if it looks like that and it is on the manufacturers website what is unknown about this thing ? Edited December 3, 2009 by R Tate
Maker
It does look somewhat similar to the nEUROn but also has some differences from the developmental model. Exhaust is different. Landing gear configuration is different from any of the prototypes yet seen. It now has large bumps on the wings better seen in the rendering on this site: Here According to Dassault's website the nEUROn isn't supposed to actually fly until 2011. richter111
This probably sounds stupid, but look closely at the rear gear, very inspired by the Tomcat/Intruder school of thought.

Aggressor Supporter
Looks like the B-2 produced a lot of offsprings. :D
Wayne S
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RQ-170_Sentinel They are at the same base that the F-117s are at now. Makes one wonder if the F-117s are actually there just for Mothballing in a flyable status, drone Controllers? Edited December 1, 2010 by Wayne S
