Dustyjack
Hi When I get the P-47 Twinderbolt finished I'll be getting a start on this, a 1/32 Hasegawa P-47M which I'm planning on converting into a XP-72. Jack
Rodney
I plan to join with a Tamiya 1/72 P-47D Bubble. Actually, I started it last week but didn't take time to post pics. After building the Razorback kit last year, I was excited to build another one for this group build. I may create a new banner too. Rodney
tempestwulf
I'm going to wade into my first group build with Revells P-47D-R-30. Will be in the markings of Major Ben Mayo "No guts no glory". Will be RAF Dark green and sky (to lazy for D/Day stripes...maybe). Armament will be 2 wing mounted bombs, the flat belly tank and for something special 2x HVAR's under each wing. These will be located between the landing gear & pylon. I have got pics in Kookabarra's book of the P-47 so I know it was done. Being a R-30 it will be about right. Kit build OOB. I choosed the P-A8 marked one with standard Olive Drab / Neutral grey camo and polished aluminium engine cowling plus 'Anna Loiuse' label & soooo many victory pictograms.
